Just returned home yesterday night and will be booking in again tonight. Got half the weekend cut off due to SITest which was supposed to choose OCS cadets. Week 6 of BMT has just ended so 2 1/2 more weeks to go. IPPT, SOC, 16 & 24 km route marches are basically what's remaining and then bye bye Tekong! My 2.4 timing actually went down to 10 min 30 sec. Was damn happy. 12 hrs to booking in.

I hate being hospitalised. Aside from the pain-in-the-arm plug which they give you for the IV drip (if necessary), there's also the boredom to contend with. Because there's absolutely nothing to do on a reclining bed and the only sensible course of action to take is to fall asleep. Plus they have NO TV. NOTHING OF ANY INTEREST TO READ (it's a real pain to even get a copy of the papers) and NO CHICKS. And I had no visitors. Everyone else in the ward had. Ok maybe because I didn't tell anyone hahaha.

First day into the job.

Sometimes I think I angst more than I give myself credit for. Haha kudos to all of you who listen to me talk. Again and again.

Do you know that the people who frequent friendster normally don't frequent facebook and vice versa. I notice that these 2 groups of people are actually quite different. Draw your own conclusions.

Anyway today is Valentine's Day. Valentine is quite a cool name actually. Anyway I just realised that all those fools who write that they are apathetic to Valentine's Day are really just cynical clowns who aren't attached on that day. But we can't blame them. Let's face it which girl in the right mind wouldn't want to receive flowers or chocolates or big bears. Such items are confirmations of their appeal and desirability and yeah of course bragging rights. Can compare who got more shit haha ok that's the alpha male i'm-the-king-of-the-jungle mentality. Hohoho some of my male friends tomorrow are going out. Nah actually just one of them haha the strangely enough I only have 1 male friend who's sort of attached. Dinner and presents will probably cost 100 plus, not to mention post-dinner entertainment (Chloe please keep your mind clean) like um well I haven't really thought of any yet.
As I was saying I'm wondering why it would feel like to actually celebrate Valentine's Day with a girlfriend. Like maybe feel nervous and anxious about how crappy you think you look when in fact you probably have shit-ass hair. (yes I'm still pissed over prom pics)

HAHA I was reading somebody's blog just now and somebody got propositioned. Not once mind you but uh, more than once. Hahahahaha shit it was HILARIOUS. Lol I practically envisioned the whole freaking scene from her clutching her money with squinty eyes peering suspiciously and swivelling her head from side to side to watch out for potential robbers to her getting stopped and blatantly getting asked to mate. Ok maybe I shouldn't laugh it's bad to laugh at others but it was funny.

I miss RJC. Kind of anyway.

Sometimes I wish we were closer than we are. Not that we're not close but not that we're close either. Perhaps it's just your characters.

Now that Mervin Ang's field camp is over he's left with SOC and IPPT, both of which shouldn't be too difficult, barring some ridiculous stsations in SOC. So here I'm wishing him good luck.

Anyway today was amusing. First I went to school to play football, which was pretty much a waste of time. Then went to my cousin's house for lunch. Well since I see my father's side once a year and he has a dozen plus siblings I don't really recognise all of them. But I tried. And one of my cousins looks like a cuter version of Daphne. Hah she's pretty. My cousin that is.

Anyway after that I went to Constance's house. Supposed to have a gathering but well the turnout wasn't too good. Reacheed there at 4 and WT and Crunch and Lim Min and Puva left before dinner. Which was quite a pity since someone opened this bottle of weird shit that was blue. Even blueberries aren't blue. Anyway aha me and LK and Linus each took one cup. I think they lied to us it wasn't 20 percent because after one cup we all felt giddy. Either that or it was because we drank stuff of differing alcoholic content like beer and all that shit. Anyway plain water helped. The same couldn't be said for one of them, who was damn MAN and downed 3 cups in 3 minutes.

Anyway lol it was just pretty fun catching up with the guys. Girls kept laughing for no discernable reason. Couldn't really understand them.

I want to merry Mariah Carey.

Today's one of the days when I'm not going out. Instead I'm waiting for people to come to my house. I prefer going out to visit relatives instead of waiting for people to visit me. Since they won't be coming till evening I figured I might as well go and play some FIFA08 but the neighbours aren't free.

Why couldn't they have held the class gathering today instead. Then I probably would have gone. But it's tomorrow and tomorrow I'm supposed to go visit my father's relatives. So most probably I won't go.

And the hairdresser screwed up my hair. She cut one side long and one side short. The back side of the right side is longer than the back side of the left side. And 15days cannot cut hair.

Next time anyone wants to poke fun at me, he or she should think twice. Because I might actually really let loose a whole barrage of hurtful insults and believe me I do mean every word I say. About the content of the insults hahaha.

Hi all I'm still alive. In case you are wondering where I went for the two weeks, I was not at home.

So now I'm at home. I think it's very ironic that in the previous post, I said that my blog was probably the most alive one out of all my classmates. Anyway haha stupid girl you forgot to change your name from anonymous. Assuming that I haven't got the wrong person that is.

Everyone's working and it's irking me. Like every now and then I do get job offers but then the person either tells me that it's already taken or else I think that the place is too far away. I wonder if it's luck. But then again, people always say that you make your own luck. I just I need to find a four-leaf clover. Oh yes it's the Enid Blyton tot in me speaking.

Been watching all sorts of sports recently. I confess that I can't watch tennis for more than half an hour. I tried watching the Australian Open. Ana Ivanovic couldn't get more than half an hour of my attention. Neither could Jo Wilfried Tsonga's strokes. So basically it's been nothing much but football. Speaking of which I witnessed an incredible Tottenham dispaly against Manchester United. They really played very well and I think that was one of the best defensive plays I've ever seen. Well at least it was exciting. The same cannot be said of Newcastle, who are in a terrible rut. Newcastle and Middlesbrough contrived to produce one of the most boring matches I've ever seen. Neither side could string a few passes together but the Teesiders were marginally better. Michael Owen is a shadow of his former self and basically Duff was a Dud. I have no idea what the heck Alan Smith is doing in the side.

Anyway I've also been watching Britney Spears' videos on MTV. I think that some of her MVs might been digitally doctored since she looked smoking hot in them. I like 'Piece of Me'. After watching that video I think I really wanted a piece of her.

Here's the sexual inneundo of the day and personally I think that it's very funny. I was having a convo about relationships with a girl and it went something like this:
A: Most girls want fairytales and romance but everything degenerates into sex.
Me (attempting to be funny as usual): Well then you could dress up as Little Red Riding Hood in bed so you can have fairytales and sex.
A: Why. She'd just get eaten by the big bad wolf.

That was quite classic if you ask me and no I did not plan that convo. Anyway yes I know Red Riding Hood is not a fairytale but I just said something out of the hat at that point in time.
