Left me and Marcus because I didn't like watching movies and he had exams. Then got fire. Apparently some idiot threw sparklers into SOMEONE ELSE'S HOUSE.

Anyway, most of the neighbours went out. And so I went out too. And Cherry, the mongrel is getting smellier and smellier. Yucks. But she still expects to be patted everytime I walk past so I oblige. And try not to smell my hand afterwards. Anyway saw Charmaine just now. I think she's getting more and more metal-mouth like with her braces haha. Fits in with her rocker personality I guess. Though I don't see how fiddling with straws for fun is rocker-like haha but it's just like her to be weird. In a nice way I guess.

I realize that my favourite question - 'what is the meaning to life' was something which I had never pondered about until recently. Girls with hot bodies , where hot = tanned, voluptous and basically hot. Usually above 160cm, most people in this category are around 170cm and hail from clans such as tennis. Visually stunning, they have an aura that is attractive and attention-grabbing and screams 'BABE'. Out of the people I am close to, or moderately close to, a grand total of 0 come from this category. That wasn't an insult, it just means that the girls I know are cute, pretty, nice and all but they don't have the 'BABE' thing haha.

Idiot
An over-used word. Most idiots act idiotic. Like me. I mean, since I act idiotic I can't be an idiot because an idiot is unaware that he is an idiot so actually the term idiot here is an oxymoron but whatever. Anyway idiots tend to display moments of stupidity, sometimes intentionally but sometimes unintentionally, as displayed from the whole chunk of crap I just wrote.

Chem Paper 3 tomorrow. H2 Literature too. Going to freeze in the MPH. Brain drain is the most appropriate word to describe Literature papers. You feel happy when you're writing the first essay. You feel kind of bored writing the second. The third feels horrible.

There are some things you shouldn't say to girls. Haha and I think I'm finally going to mean what I say.

Today is a strangely relaxing day. Maybe it's because Econs Essay, Lit Paper 1 and Maths Paper 1 are over. And I met Grace Lee today lol at 10pm at market. Apparently she caught sight of me and assumed I was studying. Well that's a nice assumption.

I think I want a dog. Like a real dog. Not a golden retriever though. Despite the fact that they are nice and well good dogs. Haha because it's far too common. Like at least 5 retrievers here in my estate. A Jack Russel, a schnauser or whatever and a few other small types. I want a collie. I want to train him to bark at will haha. I will name him Snickers. But well there's just 2 problems. Number 1 - NS means I can't look after him. Number 2 - uh nobody in my house likes pets, least of all dogs. Because well some of them are a bit smelly (golden retrievers' saliva stinks).

We have a false illusion of rest today. Because there is no paper tomorrow. And yes thank you very much for the most challenging Mathematics Paper 1. It was undoubtedly the hardest paper I have ever seen. Not a single question which I knew how to completely do. Or maybe my brain is spoiling. Bad.

I spend a lot of time hanging around the neighbourhood kids. No life haha. And their dog Cherry! Her breath and her saliva stinks and her paws are forever wet but she's nice! Haha I make it a point to go visit her everyday.

I have been hibernating for the past week. Tucked away in a nice, safe, comfortable place where the zest and innocence of childhood gone by still lingers. Oh yes reminiscence. But now I have been unwillingly summoned back to my abode in the western region of the island. The undeniable lure of examinations may have succeeded in sucking me back from good times but it has not lulled me into a false sense of security. No on the contrary my guard has been heightened as the inevitable looms ahead. No doubt my paltry sword and shield will prove scant cover and defence against the relentless assault of the examinations. How?

Now that my little vacation has ended, it's back again to the harsh realities of this cold, unfeeling world. My harbour is not going to be able to provide shelter from the storms and winds any longer. Argh. Gone were the days when I could just sit down and play with little toy cars and eat porridge dripping out of my mouth. Kind of disgusting but hey I would rather do that than immerse myself in the giant conspiracy the MOE terms as our 'education'. Ok fine so education has its merits but it's quite difficult to appreciate the wonders of science when time is of the essence.

I think many of us are going to have nervous breakdowns soon. Ok the 'us' probably refers to people from 07s07a. Haha I know mervin ang has been adequately prepared so he should do fairly well. It's still hard to believe that our JC life has just flown past us all too fast. And it's even sadder when you want to make amends for your stupid misdeeds over the past 2 years but it's more or less too late. Ok not really there's still a bit of time left.

I'm kind of looking foward to prom. Kind of because it's going to be the last school event ever? Nostalgic I guess. 07S07A is quite a nice class. I mean it probably takes a lot out of people to tolerate my nonsense. I wonder what we will all wear for prom. The guys will wear suits I guess? Smart casual probably means long pants/ trousers? Long-sleeved shirt? Jacket? I think all the girls will look pretty at prom. And the guys decent/ presentable at the very least.

Maybe that's all for the best that we all get to see one another looking decent since we couldn't get to really experience the splendour of one another's inner beauty.

Punter Phang has got it all wrong again! Ok 7 matches have already been played so far. And let's assume a points system of 1 for correct prediction, 2 for correct margin and 3 for exact score. Using that system I believe that I have a pathetic score.

So far let's see. I correctly predicted a Liverpool win, Newcastle win and Man United win. That gives me a total of 3 points. And Arsenal are winning Portsmouth now. Which means that that's another match down the drain because I predicted a draw. Now let's hope Chelsea beat Villa 1-0 and Blackburn hold Man City to a 1-1 draw otherwise I will be stuck with 3 points. Which is quite pathetic.

Anyway I've been hibernating recently. Which is good I guess. I think I suffer from a syndrome which sociologists term as 'fear of growing up'. I keep wanting to be stuck in my childhood.

And I've also been watching Guiness 9 ball tour. Those guys are damn pro. Seriously. And Tennis US Open. Russian, Polish, European HOTTIES! WTA owns. End of story. Aha ok great tennis too. Although I wish Maria Sharapova would just shut up and stop grunting or shouting or whatever because it's damn irritating.

How time flies...2 years just like that. Friday (yesterday) was the last day of term 3. Term 4 will just be exams and more exams and...more exams so there goes jc.

I remember kenneth low once told us to treasure our sec sch years cos 2 years of jc will just pass us by. I was rather skeptical about what he said then. But now i have come to realize what he said was true. Two years just gone in a flash. It seemed like Z'Kardia was not long ago.

On the whole, these 2 years have been eventful. Made lots of new friends (lost some old ones), failed exams, organised and held piano concert, got diploma, lost weight, passed napfa (1st time since sec2?). had some really down moments during the 2nd 1/2 of last yr due to unfortunate events happening to people around me but like ms uma said, Going through those hard times can only make us turn out as stronger people.

Yesterday was the day when we paid tribute to our wonderful teachers. I must say, after looking at the attendance of SO3K, which was a grand total of 2 during morning assembly, 3J's attendance is not bad at all haha. it was quite funny how the j2s just "disappear" from the parade square right before ACES workout. Shared cards with xuanhong, joyce, azleen and went looking for teachers after that. Wanted to go back to RI but had tuition in the afternoon so had to give it a miss. REally wanted to look for ALBAR. Her trademark laughter and humour never fails to brighten up my day haha, kind of miss her super-soakers and her lessons where we all gain enlighten-ment.
