Did I get the title of Vadi's play right? Lol I think it's somewhere there so good enough. Anyway had some class outing yesterday. Ok, it's supposed to be a first class outing. It's our first class outing of the year. Haha aren't we a united little bunch? But then again I wasn't even the one who planned the class outing despite the fact that I'm supposed to being the CT rep so I shall keep my mouth shut.
Basically we went J8 for lunch, then went to some place in Farrer Park to bowl and then went to Raffles City to eat dinner and then went to Esplanade to watch Vadi's play. Basically we went there like on time but some people were late. So well, we got into some trouble since we were torn between deciding whether or not to wait for them. In the end some of us waited for the latecomers and some of us went in first.
Shanmuga was apparently written and directed by Vadi. That guy is some man. However I didn't really understand the show much and wasn't really interested in it despite trying to be since I paid 20 dollars for the ticket. Anyway play over and we went home by the MRT. Like about 10 of us were trying to get back to City Hall MRT from the Esplanade. Lol, most of them went on the North-South Line, leaving me and Chloe to take the East-West line.
Reached home at 12. Then went over to Bryan's house to watch The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. We started watching at like 1. Then Marcus, Bryan and me sat on the marble floor eating cup noodles while watching the show. It's apparently a Hollywood version of Initial D. Although the drift scenes in the show were all computer-generated, they were very cool. Especially the scene where a guy drifted all the way up the carpark. Amazing. But then I still prefer Initial D because I guess I can identify with the characters better. Initial D has a decent plot and it's not all about the fast cars and action. That said, the drift scenes in Initial D are much lousier than those in Tokyo Drift. Haha but my favourite car from both shows is still the Nissan GTR to Bryan's and Marcus' disbelief.
I wonder if you know how they live in Tokyo.
