The Anchorage
In case you are wondering why the heck I named this post 'The Anchorage', it's because the place that most of the focal stuff happened was there. Yah, I mean today was like how exciting. PW meeting at 8:45 at Guan Koon's house. (he lives in The Anchorage, in case you haven't deduced it yet) I was kind of late, yah so if any of my PW group mates are reading this, I just want to apologize for that.

Anyway, we came up with the survey questions first. After that, they were feeling kind of hungry, so we went to the IKEA cafe to eat. The Swedish meatballs there are first-class! Freaking nice to eat, especially with the sauce and sweet thingy with berries inside! ( =) ) I should have ordered 15 instead of 10 but Guan Koon said that 15 would be too much... Apparently he was wrong but never mind about that. Then we went back and sort of came up with interview questions before we started getting distracted. Then Guan Koon started playing some really old game on his laptop, Derrick startted fiddling with the guitar and Ann started to stare blankly into space. That lasted for 30 minutes, until Guan Koon brought us all down.

If you think that my post is going to end here, you're wrong. Haha. That's because I told Weng Woh, my long-lost friend from HPPS, that I was 4 storeys below his house and so we started playing pool at the clubhouse before going to Anchorpoint to eat at Delifrance. Yah basically we started talking about old times, reminiscing about the days when going to Jelita was illegal and when the class was split into the cool, average and uncool cliques. We even talked about how we engaged in friendly rivalry over our ex-classmates affections, which we both found pretty childish and immature now but anyway, it made good memories. We talked from like 2 to 5, so I ran out of saliva and my throat was quite dry but still, when do you get the chance to meet up with old friends?

Yah, so basically I killed two birds with one stone today so it was quite a nice day for me, except for the fact that it started raining not long after Ann's prediction that storm clouds were gathering and the earth would receive water from the sky. The downfall kind of ruined my plans for football but then again, you can't always have your cake and eat it, can you?
